It may be unfeasible to stop Filipinos from gambling, but it is not impossible to discourage the corruption that is be by illegal gambling Unfortunately for the nation, political will has invariably been lacking in both the executive and legislative branches when it comes to stopping the point of money, especially big money, regardless of the source.
